Guide and Policy

The spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. These rules and regulations are in place for the protection and convenience of all guests and staff. Violation of these rules and regulations may result in removal from the premises and without refund. All sales are final, no refunds, credits or exchanges of any kind can be provided due to dissatisfaction.

  1. Payment for service will be due at check-in.
  2. Admission is required from all guests to enter the spa and receive service.
  3. Please provide at least 6 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid cancellation fee.
  1. Guests must be at least 18years old to enter. A form of ID may be required to validate age.
  2. Guests with mobility, health concerns or require high level of assistance must be accompanied by a same-sex guardian during the visit.
  1. Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings at all times.
  2. Lockers are provided for your convenience, and we recommend storing all valuables inside and ensuring the locker is properly locked.
  3. The spa cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
  4. We kindly advise guests to bring only essential items and avoid bringing high value belongings with them.
